Miso Salmon Power Bowl
A protein-forward bowl combining miso-glazed salmon with a swappable base grain and customizable vegetables. Assembled cold or warm with a sesame-ginger dressing.

Method
Preheat oven to 400°F. Pat salmon dry and place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic until smooth.
Brush the miso mixture evenly over the salmon fillet.
Drizzle salmon with olive oil and roast for 12–15 minutes until cooked through and glaze caramelizes slightly.
While salmon cooks, heat the chosen grain or noodles according to package directions if not already prepared.
Divide cooked grain between two bowls. Top with spinach or greens, cucumber, carrot, and any additional vegetables.
Place cooked salmon on top of vegetables. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and green onion.
Drizzle with miso-ginger-sesame dressing if desired. Serve warm or at room temperature.
