Miso-Glazed Salmon Bowl

Preheat oven to 400°F. Cut carrot and broccoli into even 2-inch pieces; toss with 1 tbsp oil, salt, and pepper on a sheet pan.
In a small bowl, whisk together miso paste, ginger, tamari, honey, and sesame oil until smooth.
Roast vegetables for 15–18 minutes, shaking the pan halfway through, until tender and browned at the edges.
Place salmon skin-side down on a separate portion of the sheet pan; brush the top and sides with miso glaze.
Roast salmon for 10–12 minutes until the flesh flakes easily with a fork and reaches 145°F internally.
Divide cooked grain between two bowls; top each with roasted vegetables and one salmon fillet.
Garnish with green onion and sesame seeds; serve warm.
