Pecan Pie
A classic nutty dessert with a rich, gooey filling and buttery crust. Customize the nuts, sweetener, and spices to create your perfect variation.
Ingredients
Method
Preheat oven to 350°F. Place the unbaked pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish.
In a large bowl, whisk together melted butter, eggs, and brown sugar until well combined.
Stir in molasses (if using), vanilla extract, salt, and any optional spices (cinnamon, nutmeg).
Fold in the pecans until evenly distributed throughout the filling.
Pour the filling into the prepared pie crust, spreading evenly.
Bake for 55–65 minutes, until the filling is set but still slightly jiggly in the center. Cover the edges with foil if browning too quickly.
Remove from oven and let cool to room temperature on a wire rack before slicing and serving.
