Sheet Pan Turkey Sausage Egg Bake

Preheat oven to 400°F. Lightly grease a 9x13 sheet pan with olive oil or cooking spray.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground turkey sausage and cook, breaking it apart with a spoon, until browned and cooked through, 5–7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
Spread the cooked sausage evenly across the prepared sheet pan.
Distribute diced bell pepper, onion, zucchini, and spinach evenly over the sausage.
In a large bowl, whisk together eggs, heavy cream, salt, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
Pour the egg mixture over the sausage and vegetables, ensuring even distribution. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese over the top.
Bake in preheated oven for 20–25 minutes, until the egg is set and the top is lightly golden. A knife inserted in the center should come out clean.
Remove from oven and let cool for 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve warm, cut into portions.
