Stir-fried pork with Thai basil, garlic, and chilies served over rice or noodles. Quick, aromatic, and fully customizable with choice of protein, starch, and vegetable sides.
Ingredients
Method
Slice pork thinly against the grain; mince garlic and chop all vegetables into bite-sized pieces.
Combine fish sauce, lime juice, and sugar in a small bowl; set aside.
If using jasmine rice, cook according to package directions while the stir-fry prepares.
Heat coconut oil in a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
Add pork and cook until just cooked through, 4–5 minutes; transfer to a clean plate.
Add garlic and chiles to the wok; cook for 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return pork to the wok, pour in the fish sauce mixture, and toss to coat; cook for 1 minute.
Transfer to a serving dish and top with green onion, basil, and sesame seeds.
Serve immediately over cooked rice or noodles.
