Tuna Salad Sandwich

Method

Drain the canned tuna and place in a small bowl.

Add mayonnaise, diced celery, minced red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper to the tuna.

Stir until combined.

Spread mustard or other condiment on one or both slices of bread if desired.

Layer the tuna salad, cheese, lettuce, and tomato between the bread slices.

Cut diagonally if desired and serve immediately.
