Turkey Taco Bowl
A customizable grain or tortilla-based bowl with seasoned ground turkey, roasted vegetables, and fresh toppings. Assemble warm or at room temperature with choice of protein base, vegetables, and sauce.

Method
Dice bell pepper and red onion into 0.5-inch pieces. Cook grain if not already prepared; keep warm.
Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add diced bell pepper and red onion; sauté 4–5 minutes until just tender. Add corn; cook 2 minutes more. Season with salt and transfer to a bowl.
In the same skillet (no need to clean), add ground turkey. Cook 6–8 minutes over medium-high heat, breaking it into small pieces, until browned and cooked through. Stir in taco seasoning and 0.25 cup water; simmer 1 minute.
Divide warm grain between four bowls. Top each with roasted vegetables and seasoned turkey.
Drizzle salsa or cilantro-lime crema over each bowl. Garnish with fresh cilantro and crumbled queso fresco. Serve with lime wedge.
