Ingredients
Method
Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain well and set aside.
Slice protein into thin pieces or bite-sized chunks. Prepare all vegetables by slicing or shredding. Mince garlic and ginger.
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, and rice vinegar. Set aside.
Heat vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet over high heat until shimmering.
Add protein and cook, stirring frequently, until cooked through, about 4–5 minutes. Remove and set aside.
Add onion, garlic, and ginger to the wok. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant.
Add mixed vegetables and cook, stirring constantly, for 2–3 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return cooked protein to the wok. Add cooked noodles and pour sauce over top.
Toss everything together over high heat for 1–2 minutes until noodles are well coated and heated through.
Divide among bowls and garnish with sliced green onion and sesame seeds.
