Prosciutto & Fig Flatbread
Crispy flatbread topped with prosciutto, fresh figs, and melted cheese. Assembled fresh and optionally warmed to serve.

Method
Preheat oven to 375°F if warming the flatbread. Slice or halve the fresh figs.
Brush the flatbread base lightly with olive oil. Arrange prosciutto slices over the surface, leaving small gaps.
Scatter fig pieces evenly across the prosciutto. Top with cheese.
Warm in the oven for 6–8 minutes until cheese softens and the base is heated through (optional if serving at room temperature).
Drizzle lightly with honey, scatter torn rosemary if using, and finish with a pinch of cracked black pepper. Serve immediately.
