Double Chocolate Chip Cookie
A butter-based cookie dough studded with two types of chocolate chips. Baked until the edges are crisp and the center remains chewy.

Preheat oven to 375°F. Line baking sheets with parchment paper.
Whisk together flour, baking soda, and salt in a small bowl. Set aside.
In a large bowl, beat softened butter with granulated sugar and brown sugar until light and fluffy, about 2–3 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition, then stir in vanilla extract.
Fold in the flour mixture until just combined. Fold in both types of chocolate chips.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto prepared baking sheets, spacing them 2 inches apart.
Bake for 11–13 minutes, until edges are golden brown and centers are still soft.
Cool on baking sheets for 2 minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
